Deputy Project Manager

Job Description
  • Directs the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.

  • Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Ensures that the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

  • Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients, including formal presentations.

  • Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position and under the supervision of the Project Manager.

  • Performs all the PM duties during his absence, according to the PM delegation.

  • Execute and monitor project activities.

  • Implementing the Company policy, PMP and Procedures for the entire project.

  • Review all the Payments and Variation orders.

  • Report status, develop project-related documentation and implement lessons learned.

  • Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.

  • Participate in corporate business development activities.

  • Manage project team responsible for document control.

  • BSc. Degree Civil/Arch./Mech./Electrical

  • 10-15 years’ management experience in Construction Field.

  • PMP Certified is a must.

  • Fast learner.

  • Good Management and Communication Skills.

  • Fluency in English is a must
